The virtual meeting platform AWT will be using is very robust, intuitively navigable, and interactive. Attendees will be able to meet with you in real time and initiate a live chat (either 1:1 or group), and they can even request a live audio/video conversation, just as if they were standing next to you in your booth. Specific instructions on how to do this will be forthcoming shortly.

We understand that many people may be unfamiliar with a virtual meeting environment. Let us assure you that you will receive high ROI as a virtual exhibitor, as it is our experience that virtual meetings attract significantly higher registration numbers.
The cost to exhibit virtually is $1,900 for members and $2,800 for nonmembers.
The number of full registrations for each exhibitor has been increased! Remember, full registrations allow access to all convention functions, not just the exhibit hall, and full registrations accumulate CEU credits for the CWT designation. In this virtual environment, we no longer will offer booth passes that restricted access to the hall only.
