Alison Fragale, PhD
Alison Fragale, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist, professor, speaker, and bestselling author of Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve. A professor at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School since 2004, she specializes in negotiation, influence, leadership, and helping women gain the status and power they deserve. Alison holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University and previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Her research and insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Fast Company, and The Financial Times. Through her writing and speaking, she equips professionals with practical, science-based strategies to advocate for themselves, advance their careers, and achieve greater success.
