Information provided by conference registrants may also be provided to exhibitors and sponsors should attendees opt in to be contacted by exhibitors and sponsors, but such information is not sold or distributed in any other manner.

Name, nickname, member number (for members), work address, title, phone, email, photo, home address, home phone, home email, gender, dietary restrictions, and special accommodations.
This data is for the sole benefit and operational purposes of the organization. The uses include delivering member benefits via mail, email, listservs, and other methods of informing our membership of news and activities relating to AWT and our mission. Member contact information is also publicly available through our online directories.
AWT does not disclose credit card account information provided by members and customers. When e-commerce transactions are completed via credit card, we submit only the information required for our contracted processor to complete the process. We do not retain credit card information.
We do not sell or otherwise provide your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to third parties.
